The Ruby answering service has really blown me away. My clients think I've brought on a new team member for the front office. This is due to the Ruby staff promptly alerting me about all incoming calls. I can choose to chat with the caller right then, or they let the caller know I'm not free and that I'll return their call once I'm done with my current meeting or task.
